Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

We offer returns for store credit only. We do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of placing your order.

If your order was purchased using a discount code, your store credit will reflect the final amount paid after the discount was applied.

Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used on any items available on our website.

Return requests must be submitted via email before sending items back.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

SALE items cannot be returned unless faulty.
